How To Use:
Fill With Water :-
•To get started with your Ice Genie, You'll need to fill the entire thing with water. While doing so, you can fill it up to the top, but avoid filling it so full that water might dribble over the sides.
Place in Freezer :-
•Next, put the spill-proof lid on your cube holder and place it in the freezer. It's best if you sit it somewhere flat so it won't fall over, although its lid will save it from spilling if it does. It's not absolutely necessary that you use the lid each time, but doing so will definitely help you avoid a mess.
Wait a Few Hours :-
•Once you've placed your Ice Genie in the freezer, Leave it there for at least few hours to allow the ice within to freeze. In some freezers, this might take a day.

HALF REFUND
If you want to return the product for a valid reason like if you are not satisfied with the quality / if the product does not match the description as shown in the ad, then we can offer you half refund and you can keep the product.

We offer easy returns & exchanges on all orders. To return an item, please contact us and we will generate a return authorization for you. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging. To complete an exchange, place a new order for the item you would like. Please contact us with your order number and we will create a return authorization for your previous item.
REFUNDS

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 3-8 days for your order to arrive.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
YES, you will receive the AWB number (within 1 - 2 days) once you place an order. You can track your order on our Tracking Page with the help of the AWB number.
WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck somewhere, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible.
